Meet me live tomorrow. Let’s start the year the way we actually need to live it: honest, human, and connected.

What I’ve noticed over the past year is that many of the questions I’m asked are actually different versions of the same human struggles. What feels so personal or even shameful to one person (something we think is our own deep, dark secret) is often the exact problem someone else needed to talk out. Here are some examples of questions I’ve heard lately that I think we need to be talking about way more often.

  1. “How do I stop handing my self-worth to other people?” Relationships can be the place we heal… or the place we keep sinking. So many of us are still giving away our value to people who can’t hold it with care. If you’re struggling with this too, I’d love for you to bring it to the event tomorrow so we can talk it out together.

  2. "How do I deal with anxiety without judging myself for having it?”
For years, it felt like self-development tried to teach people how to not be anxious, instead of showing them what to do when anxiety shows up. I think this is often why people are so hard on themselves in the moment. If this feels true for you, you’re not alone. I’ll be doing a short breathwork, meditation, or affirmation session at every Ask Jay LIVE so we can all learn how to stay more calm and grounded, and I’d love for you to join me.

  3. “How do I feel less financial pressure and more freedom?”
I hear this question all the time. Sometimes it’s framed as “I want to start a business” or “I feel behind in my life” or “I haven’t yet found my purpose.” But the root of many of these questions is financial insecurity—How do I actually just start to breathe easier? This is a topic I’d love to discuss with you. If money is weighing on your mind lately, let’s talk about it.

If any of these questions feels like yours (or you have something else weighing on your soul), come hang with me at Ask Jay LIVE and let’s chat. I will be able to see your face, hear your story, and learn your patterns, so the guidance I give you actually fits your life.

The first session of the year is tomorrow… Wednesday, Jan. 21st at 10AM PST. Seats are limited, and registration closes soon, so don’t wait. This is your chance to be heard, seen, and guided in a way that actually moves you forward. You can join from your phone, tablet, or computer. All from the comfort of home.

When you let the question out, you let wisdom in.

I’ll see you inside Ask Jay LIVE.

Still deciding whether to join Ask Jay LIVE?

Here’s some more information to help you decide:

1. You can join for a single session just to try it out, or save by purchasing a monthly or annual pass. The Annual Pass also comes with a full money back guarantee, access to 650+ of Jay’s best meditations and workshops, and the chance to submit your question in advance.

2. You are not required to submit a question to attend. Many people find benefit in simply listening to Jay talk to other people and applying that same wisdom to their own lives.

3. Jay prefers that people come off mute to ask their question. It’s much easier for him to get to know you that way. But, if you’re too nervous or uncomfortable to talk to Jay directly, the host can ask your question for you. There’s no wrong way to show up.

4. If you’re wondering what this experience really feels like in real life… you’re not alone. The best way to think of Ask Jay LIVE is like a casual, friendly, community conversation where others—just like you—meet inside a Zoom Room and meet Jay live on screen. Everything Jay brings to the room is unscripted, so there’s no need for you to feel polished, either. The best moments are often the raw, messy ones that arise during the session. Those are the ones that make us human.
