Today’s Wisdom

Take time to celebrate who you are and how far you’ve come.

Read time: 4 minutes.
This is your permission to pause and take a little time for yourself.

So often, we spend our energy trying to bridge the gap between who we are and who others wish we would be.

This weekend, give yourself the freedom to drop that heavy burden.

Take a moment to release the guilt over the paths you didn't choose, the expectations you couldn't meet, and the versions of yourself you had to leave behind to honour your truth.Ā

  • Revisit one dream you put on hold and ask whether it still belongs to you.

  • Celebrate how far you’ve come by naming something you can do now that once felt impossible.

  • Express one thing more honestly by saying what you mean, asking for what you want, or choosing what feels most like you.

You don’t need to sacrifice your inner peace to make someone else comfortable.

Love,
Jay ā¤ļø
