How do you usually feel by Wednesday?
Today’s Wiser Choice
Wednesday is the perfect time to pause and check in with yourself – to notice what's working this week and what might be draining your energy. Below is a quick exercise that can help you end your week on a high note.
Try This: Take a few minutes to look at your day.
Write down one thing that consistently pulls you into reaction mode. Maybe it's the notifications that pull you out of focused mode and cost you the next thirty minutes. Maybe it's the scattered list of tasks that leaves you busy all day but never quite finished with anything. Maybe it's the unopened emails that keep piling up in your inbox.
Now ask yourself: “How can I remove, reduce, or restructure this?”
It could be:
Turning off notifications for a set period
Batching similar tasks together
Blocking time for deep work
Delegating or asking for support
You don't need a full overhaul. Just start with one thing.
The goal is to protect your time, your attention, and the energy you need to show up fully for the things that actually matter.
If you’re looking to bring this exercise a level further, here is a prompt you can ask your AI coaching companion: every week I tell myself I'll be more intentional with my time, but by Wednesday I'm already overwhelmed. What's one thing I can do differently right now?
