I recently sat down with Millie Bobby Brown, who spoke with incredible candor about navigating public scrutiny, embracing her strong will, and learning to stand firm in her truth. 

When society tries to box us in, we feel pressured to soften our edges or compromise our values just to keep the peace. But Millie reminds us that the traits people might label as "stubborn" or "unconventional" are often the qualities that allow us to lead, create, and protect what truly matters.

That contrast is part of what makes the podcast so special to me. It gives us the chance to look beyond the version of someone we’ve seen in the media and understand who they really are. I dive deeper into this in July’s issue of On Purpose Magazine.
