Fear rarely leaves our lives entirely, but we don't have to let it set the pace.

I recently sat down with Travis Barker for a raw conversation about grief, addiction, and the 2008 plane crash that nearly ended his life. When looking at Travis’s journey, it would be easy to let the word “crash” define him, but instead of building a life around avoiding loss, he’s chosen to run toward the things that scare him.

His story is a powerful reminder to turn up the volume on what truly matters: your love, your purpose, and your drive to keep moving forward.

I dive deeper into his story of returning to life and music in this month's issue of On Purpose Magazine.

With love,
