Today’s Wisdom:
The cracks you try to hide might be the very things watering seeds of growth.

There's an old story about a cracked bucket that I'd like to share with you.
A teacher once asked a student to carry two buckets down a hill to a body of water. One bucket was intact, but the other one had a hole in it. Every time the student filled the buckets with water and brought them up the hill, the bucket with the leak in it arrived empty.
The student suggested throwing the bucket with the hole in it away, claiming it was useless. Instead, the teacher simply said, “Keep going.”
After some time, the student noticed something extraordinary. Along one side of the path, beautiful flowers had bloomed in full color. When the student told this to the teacher, the teacher replied: “The day you told me about the leak, I planted seeds along the path. Every day, without realizing it, you were watering the seeds.”
What we so often view as broken in ourselves isn't always a flaw. The cracks you try to hide might be the very things watering seeds of growth, compassion, and grace in the world around you.
Love,
Jay ❤️
