It’s common to look outside of ourselves when we’re searching for direction.

We often look everywhere but within, hoping that someone else holds the map to our happiness, our success, and our peace of mind. It’s easy to fall into the trap of outsourcing our life choices, believing that other people always know what’s best for us when we feel uncertain on the inside.

I offer my own wisdom to the world – lessons I’ve learned from ancient traditions and things I’m learning alongside you in real time. But I never presume that my word should be the very last. Instead, I see it as a spark for you to take in, take further, or, if it doesn’t resonate, leave behind.

That’s because no one else can walk your path for you. No one else can do the heavy lifting of your healing or your growth. When we automatically label someone as the authority of our life, we can accidentally stop listening to our own internal wisdom.

The truth is: no other person has the complete map to your unique life.

I encourage you to use books, podcasts, and mentors as tools. But it is important to listen to your inner wisdom, learn from a variety of signals around you, and trust yourself enough to question when things feel misaligned.

The most profound guidance isn't meant to replace self-trust. It's the spark that helps illuminate the wisdom already within us.
