Today’s Wisdom is brought to you by

We all have days when we feel more like ourselves. We’re more energized, more creative, more patient in our interactions with others.

And then there are other days.

We get short with the people we love. We can’t seem to finish routine tasks. We drop our keys twice on the way out the door and, somehow, the second time feels deeply personal.

Trust me, no need to call my wife. I have those days too.

Last year, those bad days became more frequent. I had less patience, less energy, and a whole lot less space between something happening and my reaction to it. Can you relate?

At first, I blamed the obvious things: too much travel, a packed tour schedule, long days on set, a backlog of messages I hadn’t replied to. All of those explanations made sense on their own. But after a while, I started to notice what they had in common.

Even when I was home, I wasn’t giving my nighttime routine the attention it needed.

That realization, as humbling as it was, led me to a conversation with my doctor. He recommended I start taking magnesium. I started taking two capsules of BIOptimizers Magnesium Breakthrough* every night before bed, and now it’s an intentional part of my nighttime routine.

It’s one of those small evening rituals I genuinely look forward to at the end of the day, and I’m so glad I get to share it with you.

Love,
Jay ❤️
