Welcome to Day 7 of May Meditation!

You made it! Seven days of showing up, leaning into silence, and reconnecting with yourself. I’m so proud of you for your commitment.

If you want to continue, I've created a new (and simple to follow) 7-Day Meditation Challenge to support you in carrying the practise forward another week.

I’m offering it to you at 50% off. You can use code 7DAYSFORYOU at checkout to grab the discount. Every meditation inside this booklet comes with a personal reflection space, and is built with your busy life in mind.

Today, I want to leave you with one final May Meditation practice: gratitude.

Gratitude isn't just a "thank you" when someone holds the door open for you. Gratitude has the ability to shift your focus from what is missing in your life to the abundance that is already there. When we meditate on gratitude, we are training ourselves to look for the good.

Day 7 Practice:

This final meditation is designed to help you practice gratitude for what you already have.

  1. Find stillness: find a seated position with your hands resting gently in your lap. Then take one long, deep inhale, followed by a slow, steady exhale.

  2. Practice gratitude: pick 3 specific things you are grateful for today.

    • First, something simple. Maybe: the warmth of your coffee or the shining sun.

    • Second, a person who supports your growth. Maybe: your mom, friend, or boss.

    • Third, a strength within yourself. Maybe: your ability to listen or uplift others.

  3. Feel the abundance: spend 1 minute expressing your sincere gratitude for each one. It may help to say, “I am grateful for X because Y.”

    • For example: “I am grateful for the sun because it is shining today after raining for 3 days straight.”

    • Another example: “I am grateful for my ability to listen because I make my family and friends feel heard.”

  4. Set the intention: before you open your eyes, set one intention for how you can make gratitude a part of your daily routine. Maybe it’s: saying one thing you’re grateful for every morning, starting a gratitude journal, or saying “thank you” to one person everyday.

Now it’s time for me to express my gratitude.

Thank you for joining me in my May Meditation challenge. Remember: you can continue onward with the momentum we created together by diving into the 7-Day Meditation Challenge at 50% off

Or go back and revisit this series from Day 1. The stillness you found over the last seven days is accessible to you at any time. I encourage you to continue practicing meditation consistently. If you happen to drift away, you can always return here.

With love,
Jay ♥️
