Today’s Wisdom

Acknowledge how far you have come and thank yourself for always pushing through.

Read time: 4 minutes.
This is your permission to pause and take a little time for yourself.

We often forget to give ourselves credit for our most intimate moments of resilience. But think about the times you sat alone with your own hurt, gathered your thoughts, and somehow found the inner strength to keep moving forward. You became your own shelter when there was no one else around to hold that space for you.

You carried a weight that was invisible to the outside world, yet you stayed standing and chose to keep showing up for your life anyway. I am proud of you for that. Learning to meet your own needs is a profound act of self-reliance.Ā Ā

Take time today to acknowledge your own strength, and thank yourself for always finding a way back.

Love,
Jay ā¤ļø
