Today’s Wisdom

Recognizing your personal growth gives you permission to release old guilt.

Read time: 4 minutes.
This is your permission to pause and take a little time for yourself.

It’s easy to look back and judge our past mistakes through the lens of who we are today, and what we know now.

  • We wonder why we couldn't see what now seems so obvious.

  • We cringe at the moments we pushed boundaries just to prove something.

  • We dwell on the times we hid the truth, made impulsive choices to fit in, or let pride hold us back from apologizing.

The thing is, many of our mistakes become lessons that help shape the wisdom we carry. We wouldn’t be who we are today and we wouldn’t know what we know now without those experiences.

So, take some time this weekend to acknowledge how much you have grown and to release whatever lingering guilt you might still be carrying.Ā

You are allowed to let go of the need to rewrite what is already behind you.

Love,
